Alternator or Regulator is bad. Pull the cover on the nosecone, and also see if any water, dirt, sludge, is in there. The gasket for the cover shrinks with age, and allows debris inside. This = Not good.

More than likely, though, the alternator has just seen the last of it's days, on the old girl.

Is the clutch cable adjusted correctly, you may need to adjust the cable so that the clutch is released more fully, there will be an adjuster on either end of the clutch cable - adjust it so that the cable is tighter - but there should be a little bit of play left in the clutch - if this does not cure the problem you could have some gearbox damage,
The bike is still under warranty so take it to a harley dealers and have them look at it.

2002 Harley Davidson FXDWG Dyna Wide Glide no electrical power @

Hi, Tracy, this is the sort of electrical problem that is probably mechanical. In other words, a complete failure like this suggests there is a break in the wiring or a blown fuse. If nothing on the bike is working, but the battery is fully charged, there are not many parts of the bike that can cause that lack of power. I can only recommend starting at the battery and working your way along with the wiring, checking every connection, including the ignition switch. There is probably a broken connection or failed electrical part that should be obvious when you come across it.

2002 fxd dyna super glide will not start battery is fully charged

Check the battery. Load test it. It sounds at first blush without more testing that your battery is dead/shot. However a bad ground or other bad cable, end, connection either loose or defective or corroded tec could be the problem also.

Battery good, regulator good, stator good, battery won't charge

you have caused a wireing fult thats all, it likely to be a bad earth on the bars or you may have blown a fuse by shorting some thing out when you were doing the work start checking the wireing out with a meeter start from the regulator you should have volts from there back to the battery check for a main fuse as well

D08 code on 2002 dyna

D08 means over-voltage. Your bike is over charging and will cook your battery. You regulator will have to be checked as well as your stator. If you have to drive to a dealership, keep your revs down as low as possible, at least not above 2000 revs. Do not drive more than a few miles or battery may get damaged. The letters simply mean set. So you have D08SEt which means D08 set.

I think I have a bad stator on my 2002Harley Dyna

too many variables !
Firstly check battery under load ! any battery place or auto electrician can so it usually free!
do this before replacing any thing else!
make sure all connections are clean & tight
if battery is ok get them to check the charge rate on bike! its a simple test or you can do it with a volt meter they are only cheap to buy!
