I've recently completely lost the headlights on my truck. I was having issues where the headlights would randomly turn off while driving at night, and come back on anywhere from 15 seconds to 2 minutes later. Now I've lost them completely. I pull the switch, and my console lights come on, my running lights come on, but no headlights. All other lights are working fine. I've replaced the switch in the cab, replaced the fusible link in the fuse box under the hood, checked the connections on the back of the headlights themselves and they seem fine, and the bulbs appear to be fine as well. I have not been able to find a fuse inside the cab that seems to relate directly to the headlights, but then again I may be overlooking it or may not recognize it. Any help would be appreciated.
SOURCE: Headlights don't work.
There is a circuit breaker inside the headlight switch body. It gets weak over time and use. The breaker is actually mentioned in the owners manual. A new switch is about $75.00 at the local parts store. You must remove the front of the dash to change the switch. Mine would go off and then in about 30 seconds reset and the lights would come back on. I would be driving down the road with my headlights flashing as the circuit breaker opened and closed. New switch = problem fixed.

Change the headlight switch they are most likely burnt, hence the connection makes and breaks when they get hot.
SOURCE: I have no parking lights
they have an updated headlight switch at the dealer with the wire harness if you replace both these items your problem will be solved..

there should be a fuse for the tail lights under the dash in the fuse panel....my interior lights went out here while back, and i had no brake lights.....fuse in fuse panel under dash.....
SOURCE: No high beams, problem is not multifunction switch
Check the headlight switch to make sure that the connections or internal connections aren't corroded. This was a major problem for older fords, so it would be good to check it anyway.
