Question about 1999 Honda GL 1500 SE Gold Wing
I understand the question, but not what you're really looking for as far as an answer, can you be a little more specific please if this isn't what you're looking for.
Depending on how the scooter was used, or abused, you could be looking at a simple tune-up, or a major amount of time on the rack.
I don't know of any motorcycle repair shop that would refuse to fix yoru scooter no matter it's age, unless they don't have a mechanic familiar with that year, and model.
