Question about 1989 kawasaki KR-1R
Buy a quality pair of rubber gloves and safety glasses. If it's a steel exhaust seal up one end and mix a solution of water and caustic soda in a plastic bucket (add soda to the water NOT other way round). Place exhaust in upright position and slowly & carefully pour solution into exhaust. Leave in a safe place overnight (or longer). Caustic soda will disolve carbon deposits. Pour away solution and refit.
