My car wont turn on when its hot outside. For example early in the morning when the weather is fresh the car has no problem but when the weather hits up the car wont start. The locks wont work and its shows that the gas tank is empty, it turns on but shuts down immediately and wont start until the weather cools down at night again. We have test the battery, the gas pressure and every thing else you can possibly think of, we also tried putting ice on top of the dash and two hours later the car worked fine. Every where we go we need to leave the windows open so the car wont get to hot inside and we can go back home. We have taken it to so many places and no one can seem to find out what the problem is.

Because this communicates on RF, I would suspect that there is loss of signal when overheated. I also am in AZ and see CAN buss and RF go down in heat. This time of year you should be able to leave it @ shop to recreate problem and then check for buss. After alll, it was 107 here ysterday.

SOURCE: antifreeze leak only when car cools down
There should be no anti-freeze under the valve covers, just valves, rockers, springs, and oil. If you are getting any antifreeze leaks at the valve cover then you have a cracked head. Since the engine has been pressure tested and has passed, my guess would be that the coolant reservoir is overfilled. Drain it down to the correct level and see if it does it again. If you are getting a strong sweet antifreeze odor when the car is running, you may be in need of a heat core. My PT Cruiser would leak sporadically, and after running a pressure test, it turned out that the 16 pound radiator cap I had on the car was losing pressure at around 8 pounds. so it would only lose antifreeze when it was really hot and/or I was running the AC.

You either have a bad solenoid on your starter OR a bad ignition switch as these are the only two things that can cause the symptom you describe... I lean to the solenoid first, RARELY does an ignition switch sieze up in the start position but it is a possibility. Several national chain parts stores can test the starter for you (GM starters have the starter solenoid mounted directly to the starter and you need to remove the starter to get to it, so you would take the whole unit in to test it... REMEMBER to disconnect the battery first!)
