a list say what test are you doing so far, or all the things that you check so far, (charge the battery) then maybe some one can help because the way you say any body will respond to you first your car need to have a battery to produce electric power buy a battery first for you car? then you tried to star the car? first put the year & model of the car

Fuel pump may have ailed this time.. You need to have fuel pump checked.

may need to replace both the camshaft sensor, & crankshaft sensors, I believe that both are located near distributor/ & timing belt cover & top of engine.

Check fuel pressure at motor with a gauge or scan tool data ,
if that is avail & see if it holds when pump is off

You have to change spark plugs every 3 years,change air filter & clean maf sensor once a year

If your combining your explanation of the problem,
then maybe you just have a bad battery

Someone will need to check the fuse for the blower, then the blower motor and the resistor.

I have a 2002 winstar same problem it was the switch in the passenger door and drivers door shorted out

Do you have another key ? Try that one and see what happens. Sounds like your old key fob is not making contact with the pcm.have it cheched out

Most overlooked cause for this concern is an extremely dirty factory (not aftermarket) air filter. Remove the factory air filter and blow out the debris still inside the box so the engine doesn't **** it in. Make sure all the air box tube clamps are tight and the MAF sensor is still plugged in good. Then try to start it without the air filter in. If it still does the same thing, unplug the MAF sensor and try to restart. If it starts only after the MAF was unplugged then you need a MAF sensor. Check these things and let me know what happens.
