97 dodge grand caravan whines when I'm driving but not accelorating.

It sounds like a loose serpentine belt that needs adjustment, or to dry, adjust or replace it.

Transmission whines then stops working after a few minutes of operation. fuild level is fine.

Drop your transmission oil and check for metal shavings, if minimal remove the pan and replace your transmission filter and fluid. Sounds like a plugged filter causing low pressure.

My 2003 dodge caravan whines and when it seems

Hate to tell you this , but sounds like the pump is going in the transmission. First check the fluid level to make sure the fluid is up to full. The fuild and filter need to be replace at 60,000 miles. Clogged transmission filter can restrict the fluid flow into the transmission fluid pump.

My blower motor stops and whines but will start again after a while model 438020 I wonder if it needs a drop of oil somewhere?

Thats what it sounds like. All newer units are permenently lubricated. If theres no port holes at each end of the motor you'll need to replace it.Some have ball bearings that can be replaced, take the motor apart to see, if so get number off bearing and purchase new ones.
