Question about 1994 Yamaha XJ 600 Diversion S
The speedo on my yamaha diversion is not working, although the rev counter is still working
Ok have a look at the back of your speedo there should be a black cable with a silver screwcap that runs into the back of the speedo case unscrew the cap inside the cap there is a cable with a triangle shaped end give it pull with a pair of plyers if it does not come out this is a good thing your cable is not broken if you can slide it out of t it 's housing then you need yourself a new one. Also if it is not broken follow it down to the front wheel there is another cap unscrew this end it should be the same triangle shape cable inside as the other end if not it has broken off at this end .
