91 caprice brake lights, intermitant running lights

The fuse to the running lights will blow from time to time. i know i can put a fuse back in, and they will work only when the clock on my radio dims when i turn on the headlights.
Just like i know the fuse blows when the headlights are on and the clock is dimmed and then comes on full. i am checking bulbs, but I haven't found anything unusual and all bulbs light when problem is not occurring.

Describe your 1991 Caprice Problem MY TURN LIGHTS DO NOT WORK I PUT IN BLUBS IN STILL DO NOT WORK

first check two fuse box's one in the engines compartment and one underneath the drivers side left of the brake pad is at you should to see if there are any fuses that are blown but if you have a fuse blown most likely that there is a short some where with some of the wires that causing this to happen to blow the fuse so if you know how to use a multimeter that you can test the fuse that is bad if any with the two leads from the multimeter to see if the current is jumping because of a short two contacts inside where that fuse was.

My brake light and interior dash lights keep blowing the fuse, every time we change it and restart the car the fuse blows again, and the engine runs great, and some times when it is ran for a while you cut...

mcdevito75 here, I would try to isolate the problem with the fuse blowing, ---- sit in the car and step on the brake, without the car running see if the fuse blows, the just put the key to on not strat just on see if the fuse is blow, if it is you may have a problem under the dash, if not, now with the key just on no start, step on the brake see if that fuse is blow, if so you may have a problem at the brake light switch under the dash or at the brake lights themselves at the back of your car, a bad ground, loose or broken wire, inspect if you can. The hard or no starting after you drive for a while could be related or a problem with the ignition coils or ignition module. In any event have your local auto re[pair shop check these items out for you, a short could cause real problems in your car.

All 3 brake lights are out of my 96 caprice classic and i was wondering if it was the bulbs maybe being burnt out and how do i get to the bulbs and/or is it even the bulbs or does it have to do with it...

It's kind of strange that all 3 bulbs would blow at the same time.
Check the fuse, which is on the side of the dash when you open the driver door, or it could be the brake light switch, which is under the dash, near top and on back side of brake pedal, it might be stuck, or bad.
