01 dyna sup glide carb rebuild Idels/starts great give it throttle it wants to die/ choke out, I've checked float Shut off valve Jets/excilerater pump/float/all seem okay

Carb rebuilds are extremely sensitive to being set correctly. If when you accelerate you say it seems to choke out, slightly close the choke or place your hand a small portion over the carb to see if there is change for the better because it sounds like it is leaning out. The float level is so, so crucial for a successful rebuild. If by choking it make is take the fuel better, the float level is too low so check it again. If it make matters worse, there is a problem with the overall rebuild. You must make sure everything is clean and all airway and passages are unrestricted. A simple misplacement of a gasket can cause unbelievable issues. Use a suitable solvent to soak the parts in.

Make sure that the fuel is flowing freely from the tank. There is a screen before the petcock. If the fuel seems restricted, remove the petcock and clean or replace the screen.

Good luck,
Vinnie

Won't start

Check the fuel level in the float chambers of the carbs, it could be too low! Readjust the float to obtain correct level. Blow out the primary and main jets with compressed air.
Hope you adjusted the air screw mixture at the right temperature of the engine i.e. you need to warm it up and than adjust also check the valve clearance of the engine.
Hope this helps

2005 rm 65 carb choke is reversed

It is not possible for the choke operation to be reversed by its design. You have created some other condition in the carb with incomplete cleaning or improper reassembly. Dissassemble carb and carefully inspect every piece for proper placement(right side up or down) and cleanlyness. Inspect the float and float level carefully.

Have a 2007 Kawasaki KFX80 four wheeler, has been sitting for 2 yrs., replaced battery, and plug. ON right side of vehicle there seems to be a fan of some sort(for cooling purposes?), when I hit starter,...

If the engine is frozen squirt some Marvel Mystery oil in the spark plug hole and let it sit foe a day or so, then try to turn the engine over (with out the plugs) Hopfully it gets to spinning freely. Put the plugs back in an see if the thing will light up. Hopefully the gas in the carb had satbiliser in it.

God Luck, hope you get er goin

The 2007 hammerhead gt 200 150cc go cart will start but not run past 5-10 seconds. will not accellerate when throttled up but stalls. carb pulled and checked/cleaned with no change. fuel runs good into...

if you are getting gas, it's probably too much. is it flooding the motor. make sure your float level height is okay and that your float needle valve assembly is clean and not sticking. if you have an electronic choke, try disconnecting it. it might be malfunctioning. also a possibility your valves need to be adjusted.
