Wont spark It wont spark,renewed the coil, and spark plug,checked the cap between the coil and fly wheel also renewed the kill switch.But still no spark.Can any one help please?ps is there any points under the fly wheel

I believe that the ratchet mechanism is defective or worn. It will need to be repaired.

put the kill switch back frist using a test light you can check for spark your coil is set @00.8tm..... good luck

Unless your engine is more that 25 years old (not possible for an Enduro), there are no points. The ignition is solid state, which means that a weak spark will require a new ignition module. Not the end of the world - they're cheap and easy to find.

Change the plug first!

I want u to make sure a critter hasn't built a nest in the exaust hole.
Use something to get in there and scratch around with, and blow out with some air. If its not exausting it won't start. Also make sure the fuel lines are not cracked or loose and letting air bubbles in, she won't start then either. Hope I helped.

Check the kill switch terminals with a continuity tester (small multi-meter will work). If the switch is Ok and there is no spark, take off the engine cover and check the "air-gap" between the magnets in the flywheel and the ignition module legs.The closer the better, but you want about a ,008-.010"gap there...about the width of a standard sized business card. Metal feeler gauges "stick" of course to the magnet area in the flywheel and throw off clearance sensitivity. Try it with a business card. If not in range, then loosen the coil screws, double the card over, and let the magnets pull the coil legs into the card...retighten screws and check for spark.
