50:1 is leaner than the 40:1 and 32:1 is very rich.
If your bike has been run with a 50:1 mix I would do a compression check. It needs to be at least 100psi to run.40:1 is the recomended mix on most 2strokes.

ive had two bike that kinda do that and what was happening was they were both constantly flooding to a certain point and so it would load it with just the correct amount of fuel to top out way early and one of my two bikes that was doing it had a broke spark plug and i didnt know it so it was running off both cylinders but the cylinder with the broke plug didnt fire every time so it was mainly running off one cylinder and after i changed the one spark plug it ran like a scoulded dog

Ran out of fuel - now seems like it is missing at full throttle

If you sucked some dirt from bottom of tank you could have fouled spark plug to the point of high revs causes plug to break down.Iwould start by changing spark plug and go from there ,Good Luck

After getting bike ready for season.the rear jug wasnt getting i replaced coild thinking it went bad.nope?.although after kepping it running for a period of cleared up and ran on both...

I'd replace the plug first.
If that isn't the issue, I'd go over the entire ignition system from top to bottom.
When yu changed the coil, did you also change the plug wire? sometimes they can crack, and they will arc to ground, so that the plug gets no spark....until the wire warms up and the crack in it closes enough that it doesn't arc anymore.

The problem is with in your spark plugs. Try to replace it with a new spark plug . The same thing happened to my bike and I did the same. When I replace the spark plugs it ran perfectly.

I just bought a used 2002 honda cbr 954 rr. i cleaned the spark plugs about a month ago and it started up and ran fine. but now i cant get it to run no longer than a few seconds. any ideas what the problem...

Was the bike running fine before you cleaned them? If your bike won't stay running, you might need to adjust your idle. There is a black round dial on the left side next to the stator (big round circular housing) turn it so the fuel is increased.

Since it ran fine before you "fixed" it, go back over the things you changed. Put the old spark plugs back in it. Double check all spark plug wires and ignition connections. Put the bike in a dark area and run it at night, can you see any arcing anywhere?

Kawasaki kx 250 fouls spark plug in 30 minutes

You definitely need to change the oil mixture to at least 40:1, use a good grade of 2 stroke oil. You do NOT need to return the bike. I'd highly recommend using an NGK B7EV spark plug. A hotter plug will stop the premature fouling. I would not recommend you decrease the oil to 50:1 because you are essentially robbing the engine from adequate oiling for the piston, KIPPS valves and the bearings. The hotter plug will make a huge difference but remember if he gets to the point where he is able to ride the bike to it's potential he will need to run the cooler plug, B8EV or B9EV. You can also use a cheaper plug in the same heat range, B7ES or B8ES. Those plugs should cost about $1.25 ea. and are an affordable cost of running the bike. It's not uncommon to replace a spark plug frequently, it's the nature of the 2 stroke engine.
