If the wires from the mirrors aren't long enough to reach the signal lights, extend the wires with similar guage wires long enought to reach the signal light wires. Make sure to make a good connection when lengthening by useing the same kind of connections that are used to connect your singnal light wires so that you can take your mirros off and disconnect them from right behind where you mount your mirros instead of haveing to disconnect them from way down by your signal lights wires. You can splice into the wires "positive and negitive" to where your signal lights plug into. DO NOT splice into the wires that come off when you remove your singnal lights. That way you dont have to splice and resplice when you have to replace signal light housings. Not that hard really.

I have a 1993 gsxr 750w with an aftermarket tail and when I hook all the directionals up only the front work. If the back Is connected by its self they work.

Hi, Steven you need a load equalizer before diagnosing any turn signal/running light/parking light issue make sure the bulb is good and the light fuse has continuity with a test light. If you have replaced you OEM lights with LED lights you are going to need a load equalizer. If no turn signals work the cause could be a faulty turn signal module or the connector going to it, look for corroded, loose, or broken pins/sockets. Contact spray cleaner is great for removing corrosion. If your speedometer does not function properly it will have to be fixed first because your turn signal module gets the data from the speedometer for normal turn signal function. If your front turn signals don't work use a test light to check for power and ground at the bulb socket, then start backtracking the wiring through every wire connector to the turn signal switch/button and check for continuity, go all the way back to the fuse if necessary to find the cause of the malfunction. If your rear turn signals don't work check your rear fender wiring harness connector first for corroded, broken, loose pins/sockets, power, and a good ground, (the harness connector is usually located under the seat on the front of the rear fender) then keep tracing the wiring look for obvious harness damage caused by the rear tire. If you still can't find the malfunction backtrack from the rear fender wiring harness connector. If one side does not work you could have a faulty turn signal switch or module check for continuity. Install of led turn signal mirrors

Hi, Lester the mirrors should have come with instructions too bad, you can try googling the manufacturer for online instructions, anyways you need to splice them into the turn signal button wiring harness and you will need a load equalizer or diodes to maintain proper function of all TS lights for this scenario you will need your service/owners manual that has a wiring diagram in the back pages, if you can't find the first and best tool you ever bought for your Honda, despair not, for a mere $20 you can download another one. Rear led turn signal problems

reverse the wires...led indicaters are sensitive to which way round they're wired in...problem is though that unless you change your flasher unit or wire in ballast resistors they are going to flash too fast anyway.

Hi, led will only light if they are wired in the correct order, earth to earth and live to live, you have replaced the switch to no avail, the only thing left is the flasher relay, this type of indicator must be fitted with a relay suitable for led indicators
The original relay would not be suitable causing problems as you have described, it may be you have the correct relay, led aftermarket relays are not so reliable as original equiptment as used with standard indicators, and sometimes burn out as they are solid state an obviouse burning to the silicone backing is a give away to its condition, if it shows signs of burning or any other damage replace it as so if you still have the original one fitted, lastly you dont say which model your bike is, on some suzuki motorcycles the relay is not just. A flasher relay it has multi functions and correct wireing of the relay is not so easy, unfortunatly suzuki is the only manufactor that specific led flasher relays are not listed for and a universal 1 must be used with the above difficulties

Get a test light and stick the probe in the connector on the bike and clip the other end to a good ground. Turn on the key and run the turn signals, brake light and running light. Move the probe from hole to hole until you find the turn signal flash, the brake light and the running light. Obviously, the turn signals will flash, the brake light will go on and off when you hit the pedal, and the running light will stay on constantly. the three wires on the brake light are ground, brake and running light. Should be a simple matter to figure out which wires go where from here. If you are using digital lights, i.e. LED lights, the current only flows one way. As an example, if you hook up the turn signals and they don't work, reverse the wires.

The hand grops ground to the handle bar just make sure you get the paint off the bars where they mount and connect the wire to the positive on the turn signal wire. as for rear turn signals you have to have them for your bike to be legal. I suggest getting an led integrated tail light.

Installing led 2 wire lights

I had the same problem with my 1997 marauder the only way i have found to make them work is to hook up the LED signal lights into the stock signal lights i know it sounds crazy but what i have figured out is that it uses the stock bulbs like a fuse. all you have to do is take the headlight out just like you did when you wired in the LED lights and wire in your stock bulbs along with the LED lights once you have done this put the stock bulbs in the headlight assembly and put the headlight back in this should fix your problem at least it worked for me let me know if it works for you as well good luck
