What it could be wrong? I have a 2012 Velocity 150cc the spark plug does not have sparks, What can I do to fix it?

Hi, Anonymous and the usual suspects are:
1. Fouled spark plugs.
2. Severely discharged or a damaged battery, should have 12.5 volts or better and be able to pass a load test if necessary.
3. Check battery terminals for damage or corrosion, check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
4. Loose connection at ignition coil or plug between ignition sensor and CDI box.
5. Spark plug cables in bad condition, shorting / leaking, spark plug cable connections loose, check for spark leakage in the dark.
6. Faulty ignition coil, pick up coil, trigger coil or CDI box testing needs to be checked with an ohmmeter at 70 degrees Fahrenheit
7. Faulty safety switches clutch, kickstand, neutral, off/on etc.
8. Faulty ignition switch.

How do I remove a bypass screw from a 630 eurosit gas valve to put in new valve

you are in the motorcycle section, but as the side of the unit says, not field serviceable. get a new one if your old one is broken. please do not risk you and/or your family's life trying to repair gas equipment you are not trained to repair.

I need to know where the oil drain plug is on a 2002 harley deuce.

A deuce is a member of the Softail family. Look at the bottom of the oil tank from the right side of the bike. Look for a large hose that runs down behind the transmission and continues on down to the crossmember of the frame under the transmission. There's a plug in the crossmember of the frame. Remove the plug to drain the oil.

Good Luck

Will exhaust from 2003 harley fat boy fit a 1999 harley fat boy

I doubt it. The Fat Boy is a member of the Softail family. In 1999, the Softails were running Evolution engines. They didnt' go to the TC-88B engine until 2000 and that required a frame change. I don't think it will fit but you never really know until you try it.

Gear shift moves up and down wont select gears . gear shift is not lose on the sharft .thanks

You have an internal problem with the shift mechanism. You will need to remove the clutch cover to identify what is broken. It is rare that you can't fix a problem such as this from behind the clutch cover.(ie no need to split the crankcase).pull of the clutch cover & look to see if when you try to select gears if the selector drum turns. It should then be apperent what has gone wrong.(circlip fallen off, selector drum actuator or spring broken)
If you find something broken you need to find all broken pieces before it goes back together so it/they don't find there way into the gearbox or BANG your gearbox will go.
Hope this helps

My z750 engine rattles bad

That's an expensive sound. It could be a cam drive chain that's coming apart, or something deeper like a bad crankshaft/connecting rod bearing or broken piston. It may be a valve dropped because of a loose or missing keeper, broken stem, or broken spring. Whatever it is, the engine needs to be removed and torn down to the problem. It may be ultimately cheaper to find another engine in a bike wrecking yard.

Transmission is stuck in first gear after collision.

You have a severely bent shift fork. This is not a repair job for the amateur. The engine comes out of the frame, turns upside down then the bottom of the gear case gets separated from the top. The entire shift drum, forks and all, gets removed and the bent fork gets replaced. The engine re-assembles in the reverse pattern.

I have simplified the process for illustration. That is just for the shift fork. The shift shaft is going to be bent Judging from your description. Now the clutch has to come off to replace the shift shaft and linkage. Now what about stressed gears? Any cracked or broken slider gear dogs?

You are going to have at least 75 parts on the work bench. Which side of that thrust washer goes against the clutch hub? Did you notice? Was the collar on the slider gear on the left side or the right? I am trying to show you why you had best be careful. The shop charges more to fix a box of loose parts than if they fix a gearbox.

Please rate this solution. Thanks!
