Question about 2005 kawasaki ZZR 600
I have put this motor into my hillclimber project dirt bike, the guy i bouhgt it from gave me the wiring harness with it, i have pluged all the wires together, the only thing that i can see that iam missing is the ignition which was all supose to be there( i have the key) but no swicth, he is looking for it for me. eventualy iam going to get rid of most of the wiring i can, and plug off the smog, my quistion is basicaly iam going to hot wire the motor, is there a diagram showing how to do this, and any other sensors, etc. that i need to deal with, and or, any other problems you think i might run into, my name is mark, thanks
Mark, I think that's a fun Idea...You will need a switch or ignition to operate with functionality...as advice I can offer for a hardwire connection I would go to a local autoparts store and get a simple key operated on/off ignition and install it to where you can have constant power, an on and off position and an accessory switch cost is less than $20 mount it some where easily accessible and out of the way at the same time bc some mounting locatins the key may risk being bent or broken off...
