Seat inca van will start but wont take reves

Van will start, heater light comes on after about a minute an continue to flash. the accelorate wont accelorate van will just tick over

i got the same problem in my inca.... but im a tinkerer so i'll let know how far i get... im going to turn my attention to the relay

i think its a big one and not one of those pathetig blue cubes under the dash...... we'll see

SOURCE: What's your problem?2008 Ford Taurus X, drivers seat heater w/n work. WHen you press the button for the seat heater to come on the light flashes and goes out.

Check fuses, check connections, check relays, if you get power to heater and it does not work the heater is likely at fault.

Need more info. Sometimes there is more than one fuel filter. Make sure the fuel pump is working. Make sure if it is fuel injected that there is enough fuel pressure.

Seat inca van will notstart turning over o.k. Took stop solenoid out to check no fuel in pump
Change the fuel pump after you change out the fuel filter. The clog could have burned out the pump.

Seat inca van will not start fuel problem
Things to consider:
1. Fuel pump bad
. a. Have someone turn the key to the on position while you kneal at the side rear and listen for the fuel pump to engage. If you hear the sound of a small motor (pump) running, its good. If not, replace it.
2. Fuel filter may be plugged, fuel injector(s) plugged.
3. If a mechanical fuel pump (older vehicles, mounted on engine block, replace.
Also check all fuses and relays to ensure ALL are in good shape. Replace as necessary.

Heated seat passenger side quit working press button and light comes on for about 30 seconds then goes off seat wont heat.
A common problem with seat heaters is broken heater elements. If you can get access to the connections you can check them with an ohm-meter to see if you have continuity or an open circuit.
