Go here for a parts breakdown
remove your forks and there is a allen screw in the bottom to hold the forks together . when you reassemble make sure you put the corredt weight and amount of fork oil.

Zzr600 91 front brakes. When front lever is touched the slightest bit, i will be riding and the font brakes lock up

Hi, this means that the pistons of your front brake are not recovering properly.
If you feel confortabe with that job, you must remove brake caliper , then remove cilinders and all the protection rubber and sealing rings. Give the cilinders a good cleaning (check for scrathes or rust) replace sealers and reasemble all. Change the brake fluid and purge the circuit properly
good luck

I got 250cc 1994 Kawasak ZZR. Is that 4 stroke or 2 stroke. wat oil does it need

A ZZR250 is a four stroke that uses SE or SF class four stroke 4T motor oil. Motul or equivalent.
On an older bike I would goe with 20-50 or 20-40 viscosity and it take just under 2 liters.

I have a 2003 kx 85 , It has pro tech suspension , front fork seals are leaking , would stock fork seals fit this protech suspension? How hard would this be to do myself? Ive done lots of other work on...

Stock fork seals will work but if I were you, I woudl take it to someone who has the correct tools take your fork seals out without gouging the fork leg. If your seals are leaking then chances are you're also low in fluid. Your fluid level is what decides how hard or soft your front end is (In addition to fork spring rate).

My buddy changed my sprockets on my 07 zzr 600 and its been leaking oil ever since does anyone no what it could be maybe a seal?

where is leaking oil from....behind the front sprocket??

if so your chain is TOO tight

if this is your problem, replace the output shaft seal and check drive line for abnormal wear before readjusting chain tension.

Front right fork, suspension,chain guide

chain needs adjusting or new chain needed, shouldnt be that sloppy, and change both fork seals toghther, its a false economy to change just one, if you do the other will go within a month and cost you double to have the forks removed twice. these are fast bikes and need good maintenace, you would do 180mph with a dodgy fork seals and dodgy chain.

you can move them up or down in the triple clamps or if they have air fittings you can add or remove air from them but dont blow the seals out of them they will usually only take a max psi of 13
