HAVE A 2002 FRONTIER V6 THATS BEEN SITTING FOR A YEAR I CHANGED FUEL FILTER BUT IT SEEM AS THOUGH ITS NOT GETTING ANY GAS WHAT CAN I DO
Check the fuel pressure, it is likely the pump is defective. The pump is located inside the fuel tank. Also try spraying starting fluid into the engine to see if it starts, this may bring the p[ump to life from the increased system voltage to the pump. If that doesn't work and you have a no start still you have other problems.

Built in the gas tank. It is cleanable. Don't have to buy a new one.
It is built into the pump so if it would have to be replaced then you
would have to replace the whole pump. To me thats pretty crappy design.
Crawl under the truck, you should have two or three lines coming off the fuel tank, one will have the filter, one is the return, and one is emissions.

Have someone do a back pressure test on you catalytic converter. I had the same problem and it turned out that my converter was almost completely plugged. I was also getting a check engine light indicating a misfire on cylinder 4. Once the converter was replaced, the problems went away.

If you engine is a 2.4 liter it's on the passenger side center of the engine compartment, the hoses from the fuel filter conncts to the throttle assembly . You may have to remove the air filter housing to see it. It is a round canister hoses held on with fuel line clamps. hope this helps
SOURCE: fuel filter location
No, it is in front of the fuel tank right behind the tranny crossmember support somewhat hidden by a metal cover. Easy to see if you just look near the middle of the truck - under the where a back seat would be if you have the 4-door model.
SOURCE: engine repair code P0325
I had a P0325 error code. Had my spare tire on the truck (2001 Nissan), which is NOT aluminum like the rest of the rims. I also needed an alignment BAD. Got 4-new tires and an alignment - problem SOLVED! I think the combination of a spare tire and an out-of-aligned problem through the knock sensor off. RUNS BEAUTY! I was also told, you NEVER need to replace a knock sensor...by the dealership.
