SOURCE: I have a 2004 Yamaha TTr 125 with a bent exhaust

Usually nothing.
The valves usually bend easily , and the connecting rod bearing usually can take it.
With bad luck, you could have cracked the piston, bent the rod, squashed the bearing, damaged the crank, and worn the valve guide.
You can tell if the guide is warn by inserting a new valve and seeing it is rocks side to side too much.
Of course the real questions is how you threw the timing chain and allowed the valve to get bent?

What size and thread are the exhaust manifold studs and nuts for a 2000 toyota camry?

Earlier toyotas (likely, yours too) used 8mm studs, pitch was 1.25, not sure of length. M8-1.25 X ??. I tried to get help from toyota parts place for size of intake manifold bolts and studs-they couldn't help, because parts list only showed part number, not the size. And of course they had none in stock.

What size is the exhaust flange bolts on a 2004 sportster thanks

The exhaust flange is held on by two nuts on studs in the head. The studs are 5/16" diameter. The nut outside size is 1/2". Now the threads could be either national course or national fine threads but most are national fine. I hope this answers your question.

Good Luck

Need exhaust manifold studs for 99 saturn sl

I would go to a local salvage yard and take the OEM studs out of a saturn cylinder head there, if you go after market you have to worry about the size and width of the studs not to mention the correct thread pitch....

Exhaust front pipe nuts rusted on

Try using a size 10 metric thin walled socket drive to fit nut with a little force. Use plenty of WD-40, soak the nut and stud. Try to turn nut for 1/8 turn forward, spray WD-40 then turn bolt back until it feels that it is stuck, turn nut 1/2 turn forward, spray WD-40 and try again to unbolt, everytime it feels it is stuck move nut forward, spray WD-40 then try again to unbolt. It is a slow process as it to prevent stripping the rusted nut and stud. Have fun.

I cross-threaded the plug on my sons ttr 90. whats the least expensive way out of this mess? thanks

Take the plug for size reference and buy a helli?coil kit. Stuff a grease filled rag into the plug hole and drill out the hole to repair spec.Tap it to spec an install repair threads. They will accept a new plug.Carefully remove rag, lots of metal shavings should come to. Blow out the hole real good with air.All set.Get the kit from a machine shop if you can. They can help with any questions about sizes for the drill bits.
