Kubota D902 ET03 engine. What are the torque settings for the head bolts and big end bolts?

Let check is it helpful or not?

d902 head torque-undefined-undefined-0.jpg

The redline torque of the Kubota engine is where the engine pulls weakest, producing only a total of 37 foot-pounds when the throttle is opened to the full 3,600 rpm maximum.

Peak torque of the Kubota arrives earlier at 2,400 rpm on the tachometer, producing a total of 41 foot-pounds, along with 19.5 horsepower at the time.

Would like to make the bike much faster ,i have put rinehards exhaust had it Dino tuned and also added a bigger air filter and ignition

Ok, the next thing to do is select a good high torque camshaft. There are many companies that make cams sets for your bike. Harley has their Screaming Eagle high performance line. But, don't count out S&S, HeadQuarters, Competition Cams with their V-thunder line, and many others. Go for low end torque as much of it as you can get rather than top end horsepower.

Good Luck

Horsepower rating

I can tell you what mine is. I have a K&N Air filter and Cobra Power pro 2 into 1 pipes on it. Also a Power Commander USB III. I had it dyno tuned (each cylinder) and the results are Maximum HP 75.01 and 78.24 ft-lbs torque. I'm not sure what it is stock. Probably in the 62 to 68 range. The dyno tuning made a HUGE difference in how smooth the power curve is.

Quick up from the start

Hi, the weight of the cars, the gear ratios, engine and drive train condition would all be factors--
the weight could make a big difference, to exaggerate an example of each, a car with more torque and a bigger engine (more horsepower for this example) that weighs twice as much as another car will not win a race because it needs a lot more power to move the extra weight. Obviously, a car with an engine and transmission in poor condition, but a higher horsepower and torque rating probably will not win a race with a car of less horsepower and torque in excellent running condition. Gear ratios, consider 2 people in a bicycle race, one incredibly strong, the other not a very good athlete. The strong biker has a bike with low gears, it will only go so fast in the highest gear when he's pedaling as fast as he can. The weaker biker has the bike with the an excellent range in gears, allowing him to pedal easily up hills, and with fewer revolutions on flat roads and down hills, so even though he has less power than the other rider, his power is used to the best efficiency .
Another point to make, would be that engine size alone means nothing, a huge engine can have less horsepower than a smaller one. countrycurt0
