If you put in speed sensor make sure you didnt cross thread the sensor this would be bad
if you also got a code for the speed sensor remember you have to clear your codes when your works done but before you clear them right them down so you know what codes was in your truck use a scan tool to clear codes

You may have a wiring harness problem, I'd really suggest you stop throwing parts in this and have the dealer check the wiring harness, it is called a pin point test.

I had a 1994 chevy pickup that did the same thing and it turned out to be the shift solenoids. Try pulling the codes. My codes lead me straight to the problem.

1994 Chevy Silverado temperature guage shows hot

Flushing the radiator, replacing the radiator cap, adding new coolant, replacing the sensors and a new thermostat solved the problem. Probably didn't need to do all of these things - but since we just purchased the truck, and given the fact that is probably hadn't been done in a while, we chose to do all of these things (which really didn't cost a whole lot), it's running like a charm now.
