Sounds as though the anti-theft system is thinking the bike is being stolen and is flashing warning lights. You don't mention whether you have a FOB for it or not. If it is the anti-theft system that only thing you can do is take it to the dealer. The dealers kind of have you over a barrel in a case like this.

SOURCE: I was riding an when

Some bikes have a kill switch that shuts off the power to stop the engine should it tip over or be in a crash. It would need to be reset if this were the problem and if so it sounds like the switch is too sensitive or faulty.
Resetting an ECM usually involves disconnecting the battery for a few minutes then reconnect and start the motor and just let it idle. Don't rev it. They usually reset in a minute or so during idle. If you drive it right away it could take 15 minutes to reset.

SOURCE: Fuel gage quit, turn signals canceler quit, fuel pump quit, won't start

With the bike turned off, remove the TSM/TSSM. This is the security module. Make the sure these connections aren't wet. And quit powerwashing your bike!
