Primary torque specs?

Im putting a chrome primary on my07 sportster 883. I have ordered a service manual from my local dealer but it is on back order. I was wondering if anyone has one and could give me the torque specs and sequence for the primary and derby covers? Any help would be really appreciated.

1995 883 harley sportster i would like to know what is involved in removing primary cover?.........please

There are a number of allen head bolts you have to remove, unless you are planning on working on your clutch or your primary chain needs replacing I would not bother going to all the trouble of removing it, as the primary chain adjuster can be accessed through the the small access plate in the primary cover. You will have to replace the gasket but you won't lose your primary oil this way.
If you do remember you will have to replace the gasket and the primary oil when you reassemble as well as torquing the bolts back to their specifications.

What are the torque specs for the push rods on a 1993 sportster

Pushrods on a completely stock 1993 are one piece and have no torque spec as they are not of the adjustable variety. If you do in fact have "adjustable pushrods" and have set the adjustment according to the pushrods manufacturer's specification in conjunction with a good Harley service manual the nuts on the pushrod need to be good and snug........Tight, but do not bear down on the wrenches. Use your best judgement.

Nut came oof comp gear how put back on

I am not famiiar with the term "comp gear nut". If you're talking about the compensator sprocket nut on the engine crankshaft inside the primary, simply put it back on with two lines of Loctite 271 (red) and torque to 150-165 foot pounds. You must use a primary chain locking bar to be able to achieve this amount of torque on the nut.
