I called a place ( hogpro.com) about wheels for my 07 fxdwg and talked to the guy there. he said a 180 will fit with no problems and a 200 will fit in the swingarm and fender, you just have to center the wheel and deal with the turn signal brackets etc. Does anyone know where i can get a set of rear struts that are just plain with no recess for the turn signals that will bolt on to the stock bike? I am gonna try the 200/55-18 this winter on a 18x 5.5" wheel.

What is the widest tire fitment for rear 2004 1200 roadster?

I really don't know how wide you can go but I never recommend going any wider than the stock tire without modifying the bike to accept a wider tire. The problems you will run into is rubbing the final drive belt and the tire rubbing under the fender when you hit a bump. I'd stay with the original size tire.

Good Luck

Largest front tire on 2005 dyna super glide

You could make anything "fit", but thats also "custom". Maximum tire sizes are dictated by the rim size. For the 19" rim 100/90/90, for the 21' rim MH90-21. Some tire styles "look" larger than the stock Dunlop tires. Look at Avon or Continental tires.

on an 2005 FXDWG I believe a 180 is about as wide as you can go on the rear tire without modifications.

Back tire size

Sajith by fitting a fatter rear tyre to what is an of road machine you will adversly affect the handling as is the case with most of road machines they are factory fitted with the widest practical tyrefor there intended use that is any thing wider will most likely rub on the swing or at least interfere with the chain regards geoff sydney australia

What is the widest size back tire tire for a 2001 widel glide.

I believe it is a 160 stock so you could go 180 using a stock rim, making sure that you check the clearances underneath, especially where the top shock mounts meet the fender if it is going to be close it will be there. If you want to go bigger than that there are a number of kits to put massive tires on the back. Changing a tire to more than 200 WILL change the handling of the bike

I own a 1995 geo prizm, but I think that the tires are too narrow. What is the widest tires that I can put on my car without making any modifications? I also don't want any tires larger than 14".

175-65-14 are the stock tires for this vehicle i believe. 185-65-14 also was used on the more sporty model i believe 190-65-14 would also work as well
