Question about 2006 Ducati 749 S
Hey guys, im running into quite a predicament. Ive been saving for an exhaust system for quite some time...and found that I like the twin pipe design better than the Termi look. Which leaves Remus & Mivv @ the top of the barrel to choose from. I love the looks of the Remus, but the Mivv has larger cans and looks better in my opinion. I dont know anything of the installation (whether it be very straightforward or very difficult) or the official power it makes over stock. I hear the tone is amazing...but I haven't been able to find any sound clips either. Also, since the exhaust is directly from Italy, how would I go about getting it serviced, if a problem should arise? As with Remus, I hear the fit and sound and power is just really great. Very similar to the Mivv in appearance which I like. The cans are a tad smaller, and the Mivv looks a little...more finished. With all that said, I think my best bet is to stick with Remus, as they have more of a presence here in the states, and a bit cheaper. Plus I know what it sounds like, what kind of power it makes etc.
One thing to consider is that the remus importer, maxmoto, seem like really good guys and I know they have good customer service. I have the remus, I didn't buy it from him, but he really helped me out, and gave me a great deal on a couple things I needed.
