Question about 2004 BMW R 1200 C Montauk
! I've recently bought a Daytona that is a couple of years old (without manual Sad ) and I got today an orange warning light on the dashboard... I've no idea what it means... I looked around, asked, read, and frankly... I'm lost Fustrated Anyone out there know of this problem? Please help! Many thanks in advance!
Could be anything from a low fuel indicator to a bad sensor to a preset hourmeter to tell the owner when it's service time to the self destruct button... You need to pop for a good service manual for your bike. An owners manual will tell you about this light (probably), but it's no good for anything more involved. Do you and your bike a favor and get a service manual. It will be the best money you ever spent on maintenance. It will save you money in the long run. Plus there is alot of good info in there about everything from changing oil to setting the suspension. Sorry I can't tell you what your light means
