Question about 1983 BMW R 100

Break sound

As we all probably are sick of hearin, i finally got ahold of that c50 suzuki. its a great ride and im totally diggin it. im gettin a bit of a deep "whale" sound when i break verrryyy intermittently. it seems to happen almost when im letting off of them, or lightly applying them. i have about 200k's on the bike right now - just to give you an idea of how old the components are. anyway, i was waiting for my first inspection to bring it up (25 april), and really other than this, im not havin that bad of a time with it

Brakes make funny sounds sometimes, especially when they're only being lightly applied. Making the pad just barely contact the rotor leaves all sorts of room for vibrations to cause noises. Could be all sorts of things. If they work fine, and you have plenty of pad left, forget about it. If you really really want, you can take the pads off, clean everything off with brake cleaner, add brake lube to the backs of the pads, and put it back together and that will probably stop the noise.

WHEN RIDING MY SUZUKI BOULEVARD C50 AND TRY TO ACCELERATE, IT WILL WHINE FOR AWHILE AND THEN ACCELERATE. WHAT CAUSES THIS?

Your C50 uses a centrifugal clutch http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Centrifugal_clutch Which basically means the faster it rotates the harder it grips. The whining you're hearing might be normal (if it's been there the whole time) or it might indicate it's time for a little service.

I have a 2006 suzuki c 50 i want to know if the rear shock can be adjusted to make the bike lower thanks

The C50 can be lowered, but not by adjusting the shock.
Adjusting the shock only stiffens or softens the ride.

To lower the Suzuki Vl800 (C50), you will need to purchase a lowering kit, which consists of a new set of "lowering bones" (so named because they are shaped like dog bones).

You will need to remove the stock bones from the shock, and replace them with the new bone from the kit. You can buy kits on eBay that will lower your bike 1 to 3 inches.

2006 Suzuki Boulevard C50 engine dies

Even though you probably don't have that many miles on the bike, or if you do have a lot riding time on it, it sounds to me like you need a valve adjustment. That's a high reving bike for that engine that works pretty hard so you might have 1 - 3 loose valves.
