You've blown a fuse, check the fuse block. it should be an accessory fuse.

SOURCE: 92 FXR bike will not start or even turn over

that clicking sound is the starter solenoid. check all large cables for corrosion and tightness. as for the signal lights, neutral and horn, i think a wire is grounding , thus causing the problem with the bike not starting also. check at ignition switch and at handle controls for a loose wire that may be touching the handlebar. basically inspect all the wiring on the bike

SOURCE: 2005 Harley Davidson XLC Horn doesnt work

Check you ground to make it's secure but more than likely, your horn went bad. we had alot of bad horns in the year and the year behind it.

SOURCE: blinkers dont work

The problem is in the TSSM (Turn Signal Security Module). It has a Bank Angle Sensor in it that shuts the bike down in case of an accident it will shut down when the bike is knocked over.It should have reset. You might be able to disconnect the battery and reset it but you will probably have to take it ti the dealer to have it fixed electronically.

Turn Signal/ High Beam Lights/ Driver Window/ Horn suddenly not working! Help!

These are just ideas, but In my simple attempt....start with checking, or have someone check every fuse in the fuse box. Another thought is that the turn signal indicator arm that controls blinkers, high beams has finally gave out. And when it did, it might have shorted out the horn. Being a 1993, it has probably seen some usage. Does the cigarette lighter work?? Also check the fuse in the fuse box that controls the horn, because in some of my experiences, the cigarette lighter and the horn are sometimes on the same fuse.

Horn doesn't work, revrese lights won't come on, and 2 of the 3 break lights won't come on on 1995 Geo Tracker. Fuses are good and bulbs are good.

for how long, 1 day, 1 year , 1 decade? is it a daily driver
or a barn stored, winter car.?

the real question,is there 12v exiting the fuse, the acid test. that.
any volt meter does that in 5min flat.
3rd brake light is bad bulb or corroded socket.
what tranny< 3,4,5,sp.? but in each case it takes a good rev.
switch, if 12v enters said switch and does not exit, its bad.
0v bad,6v rev. path shorted to ground,12v good.
btw, all clamps can short, try 1 new one. in each path all by lonesome. dig?
bulbs good means what.
1: look good.
2: glow when placed on a 12v battery
3:measure 0 ohms with meter (means good or shorted.
4: or they are new and assumed good, (p/n ? what is the p/n?)
'
head lamps good.? parking lamps, blinker, are all other lamps working. does car start?

What's your problem? The horn won't work, the light that is supposed to go on when you open the doors won't work, the cigarette lighter won't work, and the head unit won't work

on 1987 all you mentioned are on same fuse #11 located in fuse box below steering wheel 3rd row 3rd fuse from left next to either a blank space if you do not have power windows,or next to silver circuit breaker if you do have power windows.

Pontiac sunfire interior lights, horn and blinkers do not work

They are talking about the body control module, but I'm not sure they are right. The horn does not need the bcm to work. See diagram below. The horn relay is energized by the horn switch on the steering wheel. The switch also signals the bcm, but that is not used to power the horn.

The turn signal does not use the bcm at all. The problem there may be the switch or the wire. See diagram below.

The instrument lights DO REQUIRE the bcm, but can be rewired to bypass the bcm. The gray wire from the bcm in the diagram below powers the instrument lights. You can cut the gray wire and splice it to the brown wire from the multi function switch. Find the brown wire coming out the bottom of the steering column, skin some insulation off the wire and verify it has 12 volts when the parking lights are on. Do not cut the brown wire--just attach the gray wire to it. You will not be able to dim the lights, but they will come on.

2007 fatboy lost the 'flashing' of turn signals (but they still light up), lost horn, lost rear break light. All fuses in the fusebox are OK. I also lost all gauges (speedo, neutral indicator,...

Your turn signals (but not your running lights), horn and a few other things are on the "accessories" fuse in your electrical circuit, I think. If the fuse is not blown, I would guess that you have a bad connection in the power lead for that circuit. I'm not sure of what I'm going to say here because I don't work on the newer bikes but in the older bikes, the "orange" colored wires carried the battery voltage to the individual components much like "red" wires used to do in most DC circuits. I'd look for a bad connection in a plug somewhere. I hope this helps but like I said, I don't know a lot about the newer bikes. I mostly work on the older bikes that the dealers will not work on any longer.

Good Luck
