The FXS Low Riders had a 32 degree rake, but the FXRS and FXLR Low Riders had a 29 degree rake and the FXRS-SP, FXRS-Conv Low Riders had 31 degrees.  The first Dyna Low Rider in '93, the FXDL, went back to 32 degrees.  There have been four different frames under the Low Rider model name.

Chuck Hubby how long since you had the frontend checked by a reputable alignment shop for wear and alignment. They can also check steering. That should fix the problem.

93 nissan pickup hard to steer

There are several things which can cause your problem. It can be 1 thing or several combined defects until it finally adds up to cause a problem.

If you have power steering, the pump may be low on fluid or the pump may be bad. The part which moves the wheels is a rack and pinion device and it can bind up. These parts need a pressure gauge attached and the operating pressure measured by a mechanic to determine good from bad.

The weight of the truck is concentrated on the balljoints or strut bearings depending on which system was used. If the balljoints are worn out, they will not slide as smoothly as needed. More or less the same with strut systems; if things rub and bind you will not be able to steer easily.

The frontend alignment of the wheels also makes a difference in ease of steering. Air pressure in the front tires makes a difference.

Some Frontend Alignment shops will give you a free estimate and identify damaged parts which need to be changed before getting the frontend alignment.

There are a few parts which can be changed without adjustment and greasing the fittings and oiling dry bushings can do a little to help. But when stuff binds up enough to matter there are probably worn out parts needing replacement.

TI 82 Does it need the disk battery and 4 AAA batteries to work?

No. The calculator runs on the four AAA batteries. The lithium battery is solely to retain the contents of the memory while you change the AAA batteries. If you don't care about retaining the memory, you don't need the lithium battery. You do, however, need the AAA batteries to use the calculator.

What is the difference in the degrees of rake on factory trees between full back and full forward.? is full forward back to factory stock rake?

Frame "rake" is determined by the angle of the neck section of the frame itself relative to the ground/earth. Triple trees are in front of the steering stem (or neck "axle/axis") does not define or affect the "rake" of the frame. Almost every other motorcycle manufacturer places the triple trees in front of the frame's neck axis, In 1980 H-D developed the "self-centering" type of triple trees, where the trees lay/fall behind the neck's axis. This type of front end design is very stable because the "weight" or mass of the assembly being behind the neck will "come back to center" while moving forward down the road.
