If it is blowing out white/grey smoke you nead to have it checked for top end issues.
If it is black smoke you need to fill up the tank with duel and put in a double dose of injector cleaner, then go out for a couple of hours at high revs. Ensure your cambelt is good before doing this
Check that the fuel tank is not creating a vacuum. this will starve the engine. After it shuts down the vacuum dissipates and lets the fuel run into the carb again.
smell the oil and see if it smells like gas the needle valves don't seat and gas overflows into the crankcase if so change the needle and seat and change the oil run it without a load and the change the oil a second time
You most likely have either too much oil in the engine, have tilted the machine the wrong way, or have an issue with some water in the gas. Check the oil level. Make sure it is normal and doesn't look like a chocolate milkshake. If it is dirty, change it. Drain your old fuel, and add fresh fuel. Don't run it for any length of time with it smoking that way. If the machine was tilted the wrong way, some of the oil may drain back where it needs to be, but the rest will be ingested into the carburetor and intake of the engine creating smoke.
The breather pipe is at the back? What exactly is it that is smoking? It is normal for the breather pipe to smoke, it is releasing crank case pressure. Is the bike otherwise running ok? if yes then dont worry
