as changing a tyre has nothing to do with the other faults you describe,try changing the bulb for the brake light.and check rotors/brake pads for wear.

Have your battery charged on a charger and then load tested. If it charges and passes load test, likely you either have a bad B+ wire from the battery to the main alternator connection or a bad voltage regulator.
Raise up on the tensioner to remove the belt. there shouold be a routing schematic on the fan shroud. If not draw one before removing the old belt. That's pretty much all you have to do....or at least thats the easiest way for me
