96 honda cbr 600 wont turn over?
Hi u should first try to start and stop start diagnos the proplem pull the spark plug out and see if they have gas on the end of the spark plug if u have gas on the plug clean it and install it back pull the wire and check with starting and scrow drivir in the wire close to ground 2 mm and start and u should see spark if there is no spark there is elictrical proplem if there is spark its means that the carburator is flowed need rebuld

I have a 1996 cbr 600 f3 and when I first bought it used it would not turn over for the life of it. It turned out that a major problem was the spark plugs needing to be replaced. Thats the first thing to do. Next clean out those carbs with some good carb cleaner.
