Just changed fork seals on a 2008 cbr1000rr how much oil do I put in one fork shock side

The back corners of the riders seat are soft and can be bent up to expose the screws that hold it to the frame.

Torque setting cbr 1000rr headstock nut?

here are some recommended torque for small nuts and bolts:
Torque Specifications of Small Screws
Screw Size/Torque (in.-lb)

2mm 5-7
2-56 6-8
2.5mm 8-10
4-40 10-12
5-40 11-13
3mm 12-14
6-32 15-17
4mm 18-21
8-32 19-23
5mm 20-24
10-32 22-26

Does the Honda 2005 cbr 1000 have a tool kit on it?


yes there should be a tool kit under rear seat. if not then someone has taken it

Horsepower


horsepower is 178. The US spec version of the 2008 1000RR has a limitation above 10,200 rpm that reduces rear wheel horsepower to approximately 155. The UK version of the motorcycle makes about 10 more horsepower with a normal curve above 10,200 rpm as opposed to the US version which is essentially flat from 10,200 rpm to 13,000 rpm.
