Question about 2005 Suzuki Boulevard M95

1 Answer

Exhaust I recently purchased the Suzuki M95 and I love it. I do however want new exhaust but cannot afford it right now. A friend of mine told me to just remove the cat converter and weld in new pipe to bypass the cat. Does anyone know if this is actually possible?

Yes , You can By-pass the afterburner , but! have the engine tuned following doing that as it will not be running the correct air/fuel ratio. I fitted a Power Commander PC111 USB with a zero map , and had the dudes at Dyno Jet run it up on the Dyno and create a bike specific fueling map for it. It is AWESOME !!! I run 98 octain fuel and the air fuel ratio is 13.2:1(K&N AIR FILTER ALSO)

What is the chain size for a 1993 suzuki katana 600? Is it a 520?

According to the service manual it is an RK525SMOZ7 with 110 links. I think the 525 part is the key.

The Techlusion will fit your bike for a fuel management system. I would definitely get one with aftermarket pipes and especially if your going to get an aftermarket air kit. 95 dodge stratus transmission problem

Whoever told you that you need a new transmission was correct!! I had to have mine replaced last September. Unless you have a friend that's a mechanic it's going to cost you at least $2000.00 if not $2500.00. Hopefully you have some mechanic friends. GOOD LUCK
