The Techlusion will fit your bike for a fuel management system. I would definitely get one with aftermarket pipes and especially if your going to get an aftermarket air kit. Fitting exhaust

Most exhausts can be changed without altering the intake side. It is when you make changes to both intake and exhaust that settings need to change due to increased air flow.

Gsf 600 bandit carburettor dimentions . want to do away with the old air fillter box and fit cone type air fillters onto the back of the carb but need to know the diam mentions of the back off the carb...

get yourself a set of cheap calipers from autozone to figure it out for sure, be aware that by changing the filters, you might need to change the carb jets to accomodate the different amount of airflow that you will expierence. Ussually it will take a two step larger jet then what was on it, but not always.

Yes , You can By-pass the afterburner , but! have the engine tuned following doing that as it will not be running the correct air/fuel ratio. I fitted a Power Commander PC111 USB with a zero map , and had the dudes at Dyno Jet run it up on the Dyno and create a bike specific fueling map for it. It is AWESOME !!! I run 98 octain fuel and the air fuel ratio is 13.2:1(K&N AIR FILTER ALSO)
