Cold water will not run into bucket. Hot water will and when warm water is selected on hot runs into bucket.


Reverse the cold water hose ends temporarily to see if water will flow (looking for a plugged inlet screen). If no difference, replace the cold water solenoid valve (you may have to replace both if they are not separate units). Keep track of which wire goes where.
