Question about 2007 Triumph Triumph Scrambler
I found the OEM tyres awful on the road in the wet, and changed them for Metzeler Tourances at around 1000 miles from new. I got Laguna's Maidstone to fit them and they cost @ £130 for the pair. I got standard sizes fitted, ie. 130 rear and 100 front, but the rims will accept a 140 rear and a 110 front so may try that next time. The tourances are excellent on the road, and are more road orientated - but lets be frank here, at 205 kg dry this is basically a Bonneville with frillier knickers - not really an off road tool. I ride in kent and Sussex too, so will keep my eyes open.
All the best

IMHO absolutely no need to change. The OEM Bridgestones have yet to cause me any problems on the road, albeit it mostly dry conditions. Cant comment off road tho. I have full confidence in them and have even ground the foot pegs on the odd occassion. Save a few quid, stay with them till they wear out and spend the money on the other numerous (and more worthwhile) mods that you will no doubt be tempted to try out.
