If it bolts up, it will fit. The bolt pattern at the inlet is what you have to look at, not the shape of the can.

Want to remove baffle from scorpion oval under seat exhaust where is screw

Take the exhaust can off the bike. If the screw is not obvious, it maybe welded in place. Contact the supplier/scorpion direct to ask them.
I can't be more specific as you haven't mentioned the model or year of Honda you are talking about

Hi I have a Daytona 600 2004 and i have removed the fuel tank I need to know where the evaporative fuel system line attaches too could you please help.

The two evaporative fuel system lines are located on the underside of the tank, one is the drain hose for the filler cap, the other is the fuel tank breather (or eveaporative connector hose) Best to have marked them before removal.

Please see diagram below for fitting:

Is it just me or is it difficult to find a battery for a 2004 Triumph Daytona 600 that doesn't have the terminal posts reversed or that isn't too so tall I can't fit the seat on? I am talking about...

It uses a Maintenance free battery that lays on it's side. It is a very common battery that is used in a lot of other sport bikes. Triumph will charge you 3x what you can get one for anywhere else. You can cross reference the part @ just about any Walmart using their battery guide.

Alarm has immobolized bike after battery failiure

Hi Pete,
If your lucky you can talk the service tech. into giving you your rest procedure so it can be done at home. Some times the anti-theft things work against the wrong people and the ones that follow the rules have to pay the price.

2004 Triumph DAYTONA 600 electrical part

Hello,
This is an old thread but we found the answer after checking if a part no was correct....
The box is an O2 controller for a Dynojet Power Commander kit.
It is used to bypass the sensor that fits into the exhaust to allow full ECU performance/fuel modifying.
Part no 66391201 is also the same compatable part as 76125003 and is used in certain other Dynojet kits. (Daytona 600)
Hope this may help any other Triumph owners with the same question. :)
