The engine is sensitive to oil weight and quality of oil due to the valves lifter being hydraulic lifters. Yes changing the oil could help. Lifter may have failed. Oil pump my have failed.

Your bike came from the factory with H-D Syn.3 20W50 synthetic oil in the engine, primary case, and transmission.

My bike bottoms out with or without the lowering kit. It has a 17in mag wheel


what pressure are you running in your rear shocks
check your manual for your psi settings depending on your weight and or passenger weight

I'm trying to find the load rating for a 2004 Harley davidson flhtcui ultra classic. (passenger and gear max weight)


It's going to be about 1000 pounds. Don't forget your tires have their own load rating as well as the front and rear axles.

Need to know the diameter of the rotors and gross vehicle weight of my 2007 GMC Sierra 1500?


Look on the door post or pillar, or on the door where the latch is, there is a manufacturers sticker on it showing the weight, year, etc.
Call an auto parts store, they can tell you the diameter of the rotors, or measure the ones you have now.
