White smoke coming out exhaust

White smoke! If your bike is water cooled it's not good. Check your oil. Just look at the dipstick after a short ride. Is the oil foamy looking? If so water from your cooling system is making its way into the crankcase. Unfortunately this is major.

I HAVE A 1995 KAWASAKI KLF300C 4X4 AND IT STARTED TO MAKE A NOISE FROM MOTOR AND WHITE SMOKE COMING OUT MUFFLER AND YOU HAVE TO GIVE IT A LITTLE MORE GAS TO MOVE

White smoke means head gasket is leaking coolant in to combustion chamber. Look at the engine oil for signs of coolant in the oil and oil floating on the top of coolant. You could also do a compression on the motor

Engine gets too hot after some running minutes. there is some white liquid over the right cylinder. Can it be water pump?

If the 'white liquid' is like a froth then it is probably water & oil mixed. This happens when there is water in the oil or oil in the water. The usual cause is either the mechanical oil seal behind the water pump leaking or the head gasket leaking. As the right cylinder is covered in this, it is most likely to be the head gasket.
Otherwise it could be that the 'white liquid' is coming from a leaking radiator. If the cooling system is filled with this froth then it wont cool the engine properly.

Hope this helps. If it does then please mark this as 'useful')

I ride in the rain alot on my 89 virago 250. I looked under the oil fill capo and noticed white residue like water has gotten in my oil. Drained oil and it wasnt white but the white residue has to be from...

Sometimes water vapor gets in through the vent in the crankcase and as the motor heats the only way to go is up!!!!! I wouldn't worry about it since you checked the oil and it looked fine. If it was a bad gasket or a craked head your bike would have a bad miss and the oil in the crankcase wouold look like milk...................

Pop noise with thick white smoke from front end,

sounds like you might have a cracked cylinder and oil puddled up inside over night and when you started it..it blew out through the exhaust. White smoke means oil...black smoke means gas ,and blue smoke means both..if you cracked a water jacket your oil will look like a bubbly milk shake.....take a look at your oil.

Coolant in oil, oil in coolant. blowing white smoke

Sounds more like a blown head gasket. Check the compression on the engine to be sure. Anything below 150 is bad, although the bike may run. Could also be a cracked head or block.

Oil

hi

Being an air cooled bike, odd to have white oil. Generally points to there being water in the oil. Truns white with the extreme mixing process inside the rotating engine. I can only suggest that if the bike is only used for short trips, that it has a buildup of condensation in the sump that is not "boiled" off by getting to full operating tempeture.
I suggest draining the oil straight away, and replacing it. Go for a 50 k ride, and check it again, if it still has some contaqmination, change the oil again. It may take 2 changes to clear the problem.
Taking the machine for a decent run every week to get it to full operating temp will help to eliminate the condensation issue.
