Question about 2005 KTM EXC 450 Racing
He always over-heats his 450. Everytime he pulls off the track he has little to no coolant left. He's tried to mess with the carburator but unfortunatly that is not fixing the problem. I'm not sure if he's tried the water wetter yet, but I know he's been thinking about it. Anybody else have any suggestions on how to keep this bike cooled down while riding? It's gotta be a pain in the ass to fill the radiators with coolant everytime you pull off the track...,Adjusting the carb will not solve the problem. It has to be leaking out someplace obviously. Could be a head gasket, could be a bad thermostat or it could be leaking. How hard is he riding it. Also maybe he should try flushing his system out good and trying Engine Ice. Also he could try leaving the Rad cap on the setting where it is slightly off to help release pressure.,,,
