Just about anything is possible but this would be difficult. I think the body/chassis is different. You also have a different transmission between the two bikes; 6 speed on the 650R and 5 speed on the 250R. The 650R is a liquid cooled engine while the 250R is air/oil cooled. They both use different carbs.,

Ford v10 6.8 liter engine on f53 chassis stalls ( complete power shut down ) only when it is raining. Has happened 5 times

These are hard to solve. I wonder how long the power stayed off each time. Did the diagnostic check light record a trouble code? I think a weed sprayer loaded with water could wet the problem area if you take enough time to be selective. Also you may be confusing readers because I am wondering if the entire chassis went dead or only the engine.

For the engine there are different things to fail I would make suggestions about crankshaft sensors or fuel pump relays.

Wondering if i can use valvoline 10w 30 motor oil in my 1997 250r i was tld this was used before i purchased is this ok ?

you should not use detergent added oils in a small engine. they tend to foam up in high rpm small engines this can adversely affect the lubricating abilities of the oil and cause issues with the wet clutch. use honda gn4

Ninja 250r to 650r

i porsonaly woulden't recomend that because your fram and syspension aren't men't for the extra weight and power! also the 250r is a twin and the 650r a inline 4 so it will be to wide for the fram and cowling's
