What is powerboating?

From Wikipedia: Power boating describes activities performed in a motorized boat. Generally, a power boat has a high power-to-weight ratio and a hull design that allows for easy planing, which allows for higher speed and improved handling. Also, the shape of the actual boat is usually very streamlined, which minimizes air resistance and drag, therefore increasing speed. Power boats are often used recreationally, includingwaterskiing and wakeboarding.

Powerboating appeared as an event in the 1908 Olympics.

Trying to figure out how much weight i can pull with our burb. the door stick is worn off and the manual gives two different options depending on the gear ratio i bought the burb used so not sure what the...

The weight of the trailer is the most important factor. A good weight-to-horsepower ratio is about 35:1, 35 lbs. of Gross Combined Weight (GCW) for every horsepower your engine develops. Multiply the engine's rated horsepower by 35 and subtract the weight of the vehicle passengers and luggage. The number remaining is the approximate ideal maximum weight you should tow, although a numerically higher axle ratio can help compensate for heavier weight.

Hope this help (remember rated this).

What ring and pinion ratio should I use for my 2006 f150 4x4 with35x12.50x20 it currently has the stock 373s i want it to get okay fuel economy and still be able to tow a 5000 pound trailer as of now it...

I would leave the gear ratio you have in there. If you go to a 4:11:1 ratio you are going to be turning higher rpms which means more air/fuel mixture being burnt. If you go lower say 3:55:1 you will loose your pulling power.

How can i get more power out of my 02 nissan sentra with out buying parts

In order to increase your horsepower, you'll need to buy parts or some sort. Anything you do to your car to increase it's power will cost you money. The only real free way is to remove unneeded weight in your car. All you really want is a good power to weight ratio. Instead of working on the power end, you can work on the weight end. I believe for every 100lbs you shave, you increase your quarter mile time by .1 second. You could remove things like your rear seats. Or if you don't want A/C, you can remove that and if you don't want power steering, you can remove that. Those will free up extra power from your engine as the engine doesn't need to waste power running those accessories...
