Can i continue riding with this cylinder which has scuffing on piston skirt side both intake and exhaust. see photo in comment.

Hi, Ronnie piston scuff on the bottom 15mm of the piston skirt is normal I would not pull the top end apart unless your compression falls below 100 PSI or your oil consumption is more than 1 litre per 1500 KM for more information about your question and valuable "FREE" downloads that you will need please visit the websites below. Some time my karizma 2006 model can't take accelrat when i accelirate it get stop

hi , the cause is the main jet in the carburetor is blocked . you need to open the carburetor , the main jet is the biggest one which should be long with tiny holes through the side of it . Clean this and make sure to have clean fuel in your tank . You may have water in your fuel as well so again make sure the fuel is new and this will solve your problem

ENgine heating

I dont think Zma has a water/oil cooling system,so no point of malfunctioning of radiator and components. and you said you have the oil too.  Ok let me give you some tips, that may help you out.
Check your engine oil level, make sure its upto the mark because if its less,it wont be working efficiently. And if its more, then as the bike reaches high temperature, the oil sump needs space to be grow. As the temperature increases the oil level too increases,so make sure its not more than the maximum level. How old is your machine?? If its too old then that may a problem with the piston rings.,so get it checked. Or their may be carbon accumalated on the engine head. Also go through the exhaust cleaning, your exhaust pipe may be choked.
