The gears work like this. Start in Neutral. One kick down is First Kick up for second then third fourth etc. You need to pull in the clutch (left hand) when you feel the time is right. If your going slow maybe 5000-7000 revs, if your going fast 9000-11000 revs. It's more a feeling that you get after riding for a while. Changing down is pretty much the opposite. Rev matching is something you will never stop learning, so don't worry if you get it wrong. Just take your bike out and learn how it feels.,,,

OK, here's a YouTube video describing how to do this. However it's not in English. But the guy does a good job of showing how to find to drain port and should be sufficient for you to figure the rest out.

I have 2005 Hero honda cd Deluxe. When i am riding bike in 4 th gear at speed of 45-50, it gives jerks suddenly. sometimes it stops in between. I have already changed Starting coil, Spark plug. Also...

It sounds like something is sticking at a specific resonant frequency.
I'd check the floats and the float valves.
Have to say though, that's a bit of an odd one, but it does sound like it's starving for fuel.
That or maybe it's starting to rotate the choke, but that's usually pretty unlikely.
