Remote starter wont work

Lights but no start, no clicking or even if clicking no turning over. Most of the time it is the battery connection, especially during winter and damp conditions, seems like always during a damp morning.

I would take a wrench, remove the cable (usually positive + cable the most troublesome) and polish the surface of cable inside and terminal outside with sandpaper. You want where lead contacts the other surface "shiny" not dull lead color (dull is oxide). Don't add anything on top of that connection once sanded and put together, and better if you don't wash the engine as water can re-create the problem. I keep sandpaper in my car.

I have a Cooper lighted 3-way switch. my house has 3 wires, a red a shiny black and a dull black. how do i install the switch?

You can't tell by the colors. The Hot wire comes from the panel to the first switch (that might be this switch or it might be the other one). The two Travelers go from one switch to the other switch. The output wire from the second switch goes to the light. So of your three wires - two are travelers and the other one is either the hot wire or the output wire. Here's how to determine which is which before you connect to the switch. Connect red to shiny with a wire nut and put a wire nut on dull (just to cover it). Turn on the power and operate the other switch. If the light will not light (in either position of the other switch), then your red and shiny are your travelers, your test is done. If the light DOES light, then dull is one of your travelers, so repeat the test connecting dull to shiny. If the light does not light, then dull and shiny are your travelers. If if DOES light, then dull and red are your travelers. ..... OK, now you found your travelers. On your switch you will have one terminal on top, and two on the bottom (or one on the bottom and two on the top) Connect your travelers to the two (on top or bottom) the other wire connects to the terminal that is alone on top or bottom. By the way, the only affect of interchanging the travelers is to make the light operate with both switches are in the same or opposite positions.
Good luck and merry Christmas Al K

Very dull steering feel, wheel stays turned even as i slowly rev

Camber and caster settings are off. Have 4 wheel alignment done by a good shop and save your nice tires. Out of alignment will make steering feel heavy and wear tires fast!

Watch needs cleaning

To clean your watch case (and bracelet) you have to take the movement out first. Professional cleening is done by the help of ultrasonic cleaner (you can buy one on eBay for about $50-$60).
If you do not want to spend money for ultrasonic cleaner, then use warm water with any soapy liquid. Submerse watch case and leave it to soak overnight, then clean it using old toothbrush till it's looking nice and shiny. Dry with a towel, then hair dryer. Put the movement back and close the caseback.

I would try checking the solder connections around the flyback first as that model has had some issues with solder as well, often that will solve the no start symptom, but check all components near the flyback for dull looking solder and resolder anything that isnt good shiny solder, as Cold solder joints appear as dulll grey.
