The fan is reaching end of life, or there is a lot of dirt build up in the cooling fan and the heatsink ports. The ideal way is to dismantle the laptop down to the motherboard, remove fan and heatsink use a can of compressed air blow all dirt from open ports and the cooling fan, and in most cases it will run better

Can you help,The problem is the electric fan and I didn't know how to solve it using scientific method

seeing as you have not given any details as to the problem , the make or model of the fan and what fa it is --ceiling , pedestal, wall, oven etc
Basically if it cannot be repaired using the scientific method, use the old fashioned method that works every time
Junk it and get a new one

My air con/heater fan is making intermittent grinding noises, the heating and cooling work fine but it makes this strange noise? Any suggestions?

The fan wheel is warped and strikes the housing. Replacing the fan wheel, not the entire motor, will solve the problem.

Fan motor is making a noise

could be the fan motor bearing or something like dirt/dust build up around the fan itself. open up the unit to expose the fan and check for dirt and dust,, if all looks clean -- drip some tool oil on the fan motor bearing and that should solve that crazy noise.
