Lately i've having problem with the front brake system it's making some small noises every time the tire runs a full circle when the pad hit the same spot on the front rotor therefore i assume it's becuz there is some damage to the rotor? should i just buy a OEM one or i can change to some better front rotor too?? would a 320mm in diameter, 5.5mm thick rotor fit on my bike? cuz i notice the OEM one is 4.5mm,OEM front rotor will cost around $249. You can get a good aftermarket one like the Galfer wave rotor for ~$265. Also, check your caliper and give it a good cleaning to make sure the pistons arent gunked up and not retracting properly,,,

P1353 is front cylinder no combustion. pn refers to part numbers, 34309-06 ET sensor voltage open/high. The 67348-04a I'm not sure.

What is torque spec for 2014 front rotor bolts

Per the FLH/FLT Clymer manual on 06-09 model years.
Brake disc torx bolts are FRONT WHEEL 16-24 FT.-LB
REAR WHEEL 30-45 FT.-LB.

I wouldn't think it would change that much year to year on FLHTCUI.

I JUST HAD THE FRONT TIRE MOUNTED ON THE RIM AND I PUT THE FRONT WHEEL BACK ON THE 1998 GOLDWING SE. I ALSO PUT NEW STOCK BRAKE PADS IN. NOW i GET A CLICKING NOISE THAT GETS LOUDER WHEN I APPLY THE BRAKES.

Check to see that your brake rotors are tightly bolted to the rim and also check for a cracked rotor. A crack would be hard to see. If it is when you use the front brake the rotor on the right side would be suspect. If you hear the sound when you use the foot brake the left rotor is the one to check. If you tap the rotor with a wrench and listen to the ring sound of both rotors they should sound about the same a cracked rotor will have a duller sound. Be sure to find the problem before you ride. What is the minimum thickness on front & rear brake rotors? 2002 Elecra Glide Standard

There is no stated minimum thickness of the rotors as the rotors are not intended to be turned. If they are worn, they must be replaced. When it comes to brakes, never go the cheap route. If your bike stops running, you fuss about it. If your bike won't stop, you get hurt, maybe killed. Always do your brakes correctly and completely. If the rotors look like they need replacing, replace them. The life you save may be your own.

Brakes on the front jumping on a 2004 Triumph America motorcycle

Yes the rotor may be warped. Sounds like a dangerous situation, get it checked ASAP. If you have a way of checking the runout on the rotor to see if it's warped that would be ideal.

My bike shimmeys when I apply the front brake

I could be warped rotor or something on the rotor. Clean the rotor with "Brake Kleen" or any other aerosol type brake cleaning solution. Don't get it on your paint. I've run into this on a few occasions, people get wax on their brakes while cleaning their bikes. This will make them feel like the front end is shimmying or make them squeal. Clean the rotor and if that doesn't work, check the rotor for warpage.

To test the rotor for warpage, you really need a dial indicator. But, if you have something that you can adjust to within a few thousandths of the rotor and then turn the wheel, you may be able to see if the rotor is warped. If the rotor is warped over about 0.010", I'd probably replace it.

While you have the front wheel off the ground, it would be advisable to check out the wheel bearing, the endplay, and the axle torque. I'd check everything on the front end. If your rotor is warped, replace it. Do not try to have it "turned" as motorcycle rotors are not designed to be re-machined.

Wiil part #44554-03 fit a 2004XL1200custom?this is suppose to be a 19inch front wheel.the stock wheel is a 21inch.thank you

Could not find that specific part number in my catalog, but assuming it is a SuperGlide front wheel, yes it will. You may have to buy the model-specific wheel installation kit. But be advised, the new wheel will drop your front end a bit and the clearance to the front fender may look a bit weird. Most, but not all, front wheels from 2000 up to about 06?? will interchange with a spacer/axle swap. Make sure your brake rotor spacing is the same too. I know between 1999 and 2000 it was changed. Not sure if there were any running changes in between 2000 and 06.

How to adjust front brake lever on '06 hd road king?

This is by design. When you have new pads on the bike and a rotor within limits the lever has very limited travel before engaging.
As these parts wear the position of which the lever engages changes. Unless you know that at the last brake pad change the caliper was "centered" this could account for the travel and will result in premature wear on the components.
