Question about 2003 Ducati Monster 620 i.e.

Slip on I have a 2003 620 and am putting slip ons onto the bike. The sound will be great. Anything power appreciation will be appreciated. Is their going to be a power difference I will notice?

Have you selected a brand yet? I can strongly recommend the LeoVinces - they are stainless on the inside so no maintenance and the outsides can be carbon fiber Ti, or aluminum. Arrows are also highly recommended: both have a great fit-and-finish. Some might give you slightly better overall performance, but none will math them for longevity and customer satisfaction.,,,

It sounds like you did a good job - but, did you adjust the float? You will use more gas now and at high RPM you may be running ouy of gas - Check floats specs and adjust

Slipping belt onto motor shaft pulley


On most vacuums, you:
put the belt on the motor,

slip the beater bar thru the belt,

put the end opposite the belt into the frame,

stretch the belt and put the belt end of the beater bar into the frame.

Chain


Go to any reputable shop/mechanic; you probably need a new chain and/or sprocket...OR Possibly just a chain adjustment. Don't wait around, do it asap, I wouldn' t play with this particular problem.
