My 1997 900ss/sp will not start. I'm new to this bike so I'm wondering if there are some known issues to look for... Here are the symptoms: 1) Engine turns over fine and strong but does not fire up 2) I smell gas 3) I am getting a spark 4) After letting it sit and dry out a bit tried again. It backfired and flames came out of the exhaust pipe - Thanks in advance for any suggestions! Can't tell from the post whether or not it's been sitting a while. If it has even for as little as a couple months, the first thing to do is drain the fuel and get some fresh stuff in there, float bowls too if you can. From my experience, they are sensitive to stale fuel. Wouldn't hurt to throw in new plugs too and of course charge the battery.,,,

Rgv250 starting problem

Iv had problems starting my RGV too. Try changing both spark plugs. If that doesn't do it you should give the mechanic who restored it a call, may be a stiff carb slider on only 1 cylinder

1995 900 sp clutch does not disengage when lever

hi,this may help,it sounds like your clutch plates are stuck together, this is quite common on bikes that have been parked up for a while, mine does it ocasionally,i fix it by getting the bike moving and crash starting it,once you have got it running and moving with the bike in the highest gear you can get it into(you can change up and down the gearbox without the clutch and not do any damage)simply pull the clutch lever in and roll on and off the throttle a couple of times and the clutch should disengage...hope this helps

Problems with camera

Hi everyone,

I found you because 10 minutes ago, my camera exhibited the same behavior as all yours. All of a sudden, the red and green lights started blinking on and off and nothing worked. I just tried switching batteries and the camera is working! I am using a couple of RCR-V3 Li-ion rechargeable batteries, which I purchased on Ebay three months ago. Thought I'd pass it on.

Take care,

Rosane.

Gameboy advance sp - water damage - won't charge!

Hi Suzy,
it,s not worth repairing.
the cost of a new motherboard and fitting will cost more than the Gameboy advance. i bet the three year old lads not the flavour of the month, with the 7 year old :)
have a look on e-bays the best, not everyone wants these anymore. you might find One on Swapz.co.uk if your in England.
Hope this answers your question.

Gameboy advanced sp

32adab0.jpg
sorry!!
this is most likely to be a twisted ribbon cable

to fix this

1 Philips screwdriver
1 triwing screwdriver

1 open up the console

2 undo the top part and detach

3 straighten the ribbon cable

put back together

send it to Nintendo if it doesn't work

good luck
